Dácil was born and raised in a world of high end fashion and jewels. She spent her childhood sorrounded by beautiful European designs in her mother’s exclusive boutique in the heart of Ashford Avenue in Condado, Puerto Rico & watched as she travelled extensively to select pieces that she would later style to artistic perfection. Dácil learned the art of prioritizing source, materials, design and craftsmanship over brand glitz when curating pieces for individual clients in a high end market. 

 

Dácil’s career as a fashion jewel entrepreneur took in college- designing and crafting jewelry for retail. After pursuing an Art major, she completed graduate studies at the Gemological Institute of America in California, where she became a Graduate Gemologist and Jeweler.  Throughout her formative years she nurtured a valued network of families from all over the world who also share deep generational roots in this small, guarded & exclusive jewelry industry. 

 

After graduation, New York City’s 5th Avenue & 47th Street Diamond District became her base. Dacil became well versed and focused in the high end luxury market in one of the Diamond Centers of the world. She worked with High End Estate Jewels & later with one of the largest Highed Wholesale Diamond companies as a Diamond Dealer, selling to brand name jewelry stores for manufacture as well as catering special client requests. 

 

Dácil’s hands and eyes have studied and selected some of the most unique and excusive stones such as the coveted Yellow, Pink and Blue Diamonds- treasures she has catered to an international elite who have trusted her curated style throughout the years.

 

After years of hard work, Dácil pursued her dream of moving back to Puerto Rico, where  she is a private jeweler managing her private Modern and Vintage Estate Jewelry Collection while tending to the needs of her lifelong clients.
